Remedy makes no secret of the fact that it often works with the same actors, just playing different characters. But it’s the second big loss for all of RCU this year, with the death in March of Lance Reddick, who played Martin Hatch in Quantum Break and, according to journalist Jason Schreier, was also set to play Warlin Dore in Alan Wake 2. Remedy has finally found a replacement represented by David Harewoods.
News of McCaffrey’s death was unclear for several hours. She was the first to appear in the morning on the Instagram account of American actor Kevin Dillon, a good friend of McCaffrey. The media did not cover the news and there seemed to be some kind of mistake when a young athlete named Frank James McCaffrey died in Ireland on Sunday. However, in the afternoon, TMZ magazine confirmed the news of the actor’s death, citing McCaffrey’s representative. And as unlikely as it may be, it seems that two people with the same name unfortunately died on the same day.
