To the third part of the space strategy Homeworld we’ll wait a little longer. The game won’t release in February, but hopefully the current deadline will finally arrive. It was installed on 08/03/2024 for PC. Along with the delay, Gearbox Publishing and Blackbird Interactive released a behind-the-scenes development video.

The video takes us straight to the developers’ office, where they talk about the game. We see huge spaceships, varied environments, tactical pause or Unreal Engine capabilities.

Spice fights remnants of an ancient civilization. You can use these huge space debris, called megaliths, to lure enemies into a trap or hide your fleet here.

In addition to the story campaign, you will find battles between players, and you can hone your skills in the battle mode against AI.

Even though this is a strategy, it will not save your computers. What may surprise many is that it requires 12GB of RAM.
