A little more than a year has passed since the official announcement of the remake of Silent Hill 2, which is being worked on by the Polish studio Bloober Team, the authors of such games as The Medium, Layers of Fear and Observer. At the same time, only a few weeks have passed since the opportunity to pre-order the game appeared in several online stores. And yet we still have no official news. That’s why the developers from the Bloober team came up with Sunday evening. expression on social networks and broke a long silence.

“On behalf of our entire development team, we want to clarify that production is proceeding smoothly and according to our plan,” the statement said. “We understand that many players around the world are eagerly awaiting news about this game, and we appreciate your dedication.”

The situation is somewhat bizarre, because Bloober Team once again assures that development is going according to plan, after all, in October last year it claimed that it was approaching the finish line.
