Wargaming boasted the results of a two-week charity event WargamingUnited. Players of Wargaming’s six free games bought a total of two weeks 90 thousand packages with a Ukrainian theme that is over a million dollars.
Packs were available in World of Tanks, World of Tanks Blitz, World of Tanks Modern Armor, World of Warships, World of Warships: Legends and World of Warplanes. Elements of modification of the appearance were created by artists from the Kyiv studio Wargaming.
Players spent a total of $1,072,940 on special packages. This money was transferred by Wargaming through the UNITED24 platform to procurement of type C ambulanceswhich will be faced with the task of saving lives.
“Type C ambulances are highly specialized vehicles equipped with the necessary defibrillators, heart monitors, oxygen tanks and ventilators needed to keep the injured alive until they reach the operating theatre. Every ambulance funded means hundreds of lives saved.” Wargaming reports this.

Last year, the company contributed to aid to Ukrainian civilians, including providing $1 million in medical care and equipment in the first week of the war. This is just one of many campaigns. Among other things, Wargaming donated another $100,000 to the victims of the Kachovka disaster, and hundreds of its employees are contributing on their own initiative, starting an internal fundraiser and raising 200,000 euros to purchase ambulances for Ukrainian doctors.
