Although we saw the release of a new part of the Assassin’s Creed series with the subtitle Mirage only less than a month ago, attention is already slowly turning to the next full-fledged part. most likely this will be it title codenamed Red, which takes the player to feudal Japan. It is being developed by Ubisoft Québec and is due out next fall.
Developer Pierre Boudreau, who is involved in the development of the game as a senior writer, recently presented interesting material. Boudreaux posted a photo on his LinkedIn profile showing depicts a female figure equipped with an assassin’s hood and a katana. A modified logo for the Assassin’s Creed series and Japanese reality can also be seen in the background of the image.
So it is possible that this is the first detailed look at the main character of the game. The very presence of a female protagonist was previously mentioned by well-known insider Tom Henderson, so this is not a shocking discovery. Henderson specifically said a while ago that we’re in the game. play as a female samurai and an African refugee representing the ninja. The first half of these assumptions now seems to be taking on more realistic proportions. However, we will probably have to wait until early next year for official confirmation, when the official presentation of the new part should take place.
