Deep Rock Galactic is among the most successful co-ops you can find on the market. If you’re tired of the basic version of Descent to the Deep, you’ll probably be pleased to know that Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is in development, in which you will once again become a dwarf whose task is to mine the depths of alien worlds. This time you will find roguelite gameplay combined with a completely destructible planet, Hoxxes IV. It means becoming a place full of dark places where mortal danger awaits you. Whether your main opponents will again be primarily bugs or a new threat will appear on the scene remains to be seen.
This should be important to the overall co-op experience for up to 4 players. Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core will first appear on PC in Early Access, where it will remain for 18 to 24 months. It will reach this stage at the end of next year.
If you missed today’s On The Horizon broadcast, you also missed that we announced a new game in the DRG universe called Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core. This isn’t the end of DRG though – find out how we’re putting the puzzle together here: https://t.co/p77mFPYluM
