The Lord of the Rings Online has been with us since 2007, and it still doesn’t look like this MMORPG is going to end it. Another expansion will be released next month. The upcoming Corsairs of Umbar data disc will focus on the Corsairs of Umbar, a group that was heavily involved with Mordor. As a result, players will be sent to the seas, where they will have to face savage raiders and monsters inhabiting landscapes that most of the inhabitants of the Shire and Rift have never seen. There will be four new regions, more than 350 new quests and a ton of other content.
It’s amazing that The Lord of the Rings Online still manages to survive after all these years. The Corsairs of Umbar will arrive there on November 1st. Its form can be seen in detail here.
