In an interview with investors yesterday, CD Projekt RED representatives confirmed plans for release of the complete edition of the role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077. Commercial director Michal Nowakowski said that when the time comes, he will share more detailed information, including the name of the new publication.
This is not the first time that we are talking about a complete edition, which in addition to the game itself will include the recently released Phantom Liberty expansion. Not long ago, information about a product with this name appeared on the website of the European rating organization PEGI. Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition, which were soon demolished. Considering that CD Projekt confirmed a while ago that they are no longer planning any new content for Cyberpunk, the release of the complete edition may not be too far off.
In connection with CD Projekt and the Cyberpunk brand, there are also currently talks about preparing for a film or TV series adaptation and updating sales figures, which is the case with the base game exceeded 25 million pieces sold.
