Players Gran Turismo Sport they will be forced to upgrade Gran Turismo 7as Japanese studio Polyphony Digital has announced that it will soon end its online services for its 2017 racing simulator.
All Gran Turismo Sport online services will be disabled on January 31, 2024 at 08:00 CET. After this date, you will no longer be able to use online services such as the community, open lobby and sports mode, or online features or elements such as custom skins. Only offline content will work., including previously purchased downloadable content. Additionally, the main single-player campaign, split-screen local multiplayer, time trials, or all world tracks will all work.
“We would like to thank the many users of the Gran Turismo Sport online services since they first launched in 2017. From now on, we will continue to improve online services for the currently available Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.” This was reported by Polyphony Digital studio.
Online services will be disabled on 12/01/2023. The sale of additional content from the PlayStation Store has ended, including vehicles, the Scapes content pack and Lewis Hamilton’s time trial. All content purchased before January 12, 2023 will remain available even after online services cease.
