After much speculation, it is finally here. As part of the State of Play event, we received the official announcement of the Separate Ways story DLC for the Resident Evil 4 remake, which, apparently, has been significantly redesigned compared to the original version.
Either way, we’ll still get to play Ada Wong in it and see her side of the story. The positive news is that we will see the expansion in exactly a week, that is, on September 21. A free update for the Mercenaries mode will be released on the same day.
On top of all this, we’ve also received a new VR demo for the PlayStation VR2, where you’ll be able to experience the entire main campaign from a first-person perspective in virtual reality. While we don’t know an exact release date yet, we do know that RE4 Remake VR will arrive sometime this winter and will be completely free for owners of the base game.
Baby Eagle was taken into protective custody. However, the elusive Amber is a completely different story.
