Owners of the Xbox Series X/S version of Starfield are also waiting for the mod’s support, as they hope that thanks to the modification they will receive a fan-made Czech localization of the game.
Todd Howard admitted in an interview with The Washington Post that coronavirus affected the development of Starfield. At the beginning of 2020, developers switched to working from home and development slowed down very, very much. While not only the game itself was developed, but also the Creation Engine 2 technology. When the November 2022 release date was set, the team had a lot of inventory. But then everything changed.
Howard also talked about the content that didn’t make it into Starfield. Hundreds of plans did not reach the final version. Among other things, they talked about the reconstruction of the nuclear wasteland in Washington from Fallout 3, but, unfortunately, it is not in the game.
