Starfield game review: a great game only by Bethesda standards – INDIAN

After a grueling twenty-five years, we finally have a chance to take a look at the epic science fiction vision that Todd Howard delivered around the time of The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. The core premise of Starfield: exploration of a vast universe, total freedom, and a robust role-playing system that reflects what you do, the game is a success. But definitely not excellent. The incredible amount of content is often overwhelmed by its extreme obsolescence.

It’s easy. Do you like movies like Gravity, The Martian or Interstellar? Are you a fan of science fiction with realistic settings approaching our level of technical knowledge? OK, great! You are in the right place. However, if you were also looking forward to an innovative RPG full of timeless action, you will be disappointed. It just doesn’t work.

In the role of a purebred RPG from Bethesda, you will find yourself in the role of a geotechnician on the planet, in the role of a simple worker. In this sci-fi world, there is obviously already an overabundance of programmers, pilots and engineers, so you are left with the job of a simple digger. Fortunately, this doesn’t last too long. After four excavated stones, a new mine will open, during the exploration of which you will touch a special artifact. The subsequent otherworldly vision stuns you, and, waking up in the infirmary, you get the chance to remember your previous life and thus finally create your own character. I definitely have to commend the capabilities of her creation. I believe that I managed to create something almost as beautiful as myself. Tire included.

But choosing the right physical background isn’t everything. You have to choose a plot from a wide range. Do you want to be a gangster, a field medic or a chef? You definitely can. Half. This choice will determine your starting skills, but otherwise you won’t feel much impact. Depending on your skills, you can, for example, choose unique dialogues. For example, I, as an industrialist, could spur the business spirit of other characters. They were lucky, otherwise I would have beaten more than just the spirit out of them.
