Port experts from Feral Interactive are preparing a new version of the real-time war strategy Company of Heroes for Nintendo Switch. This will not be the second or third part, but the original Company of Heroes with “Opposing Fronts” and “Tales of Valor” expansions. The game will be released this fall under the name Company of Heroes Collection.
Company of Heroes was first released in 2006 for PC and released on iOS in 2020. The game features campaigns based on the liberation of France by the Allied forces in World War II, and you can control the Allied and Axis forces in multiplayer.
Feral Interactive, who prepared the Switch version of Alien Isolation for Sega, they redesigned the user interface and controlsto make playing on Nintendo Switch fun, so that the player can control his army on the battlefield and have the necessary vision in intense tactical battles.
Not much we can see in the announcement trailer. He confirms that the graphics will be de facto the same as in the original game, which may turn off some players.
This will be part of the collection. 41 missionscustomizable Skirmish mode with unique factions, multiple game modes and multiple maps.
The PC version of Company of Heroes includes Czech subtitlesso let’s see if they will be present in the Switch version.
