It’s been a few months since the announcement of the horror adventure game Bye Sweet Carole. Behind it is the Little Sewing Machine studio, led by Chris Darryl, creator of the two-part Survival Horror Remothered series, with a third, originally planned, likely never to be finished.
Goodbye Sweet Carol offers a unique blend of horror and horror with a fairy tale style similar to old Disney movies. You can see what the title sounds like in the new, roughly seven-minute demo.
In it, we take on the role of Lana Benton, who finds herself in the mysterious magical world of the Corolla. However, in addition to plush animals, they also meet uninvited guests who clearly do not have good intentions. Most of the gameplay will have to run and hide from the main villain named Mister. Keene, also known as “Old Hat”.
In any case, the developers note that the gameplay sample is taken from the pre-alpha version and has no dubbing (in the full version it should be in English and Italian) or final assets.
The game will be released next year and will be focused on PC and all consoles. In the meantime, you can add it to your Steam Wishlist.
