Sandbox hit mine craft has been captivating players of all ages for over a decade, luring them into near-limitless builds and thrilling adventures. Current console owners have been looking forward to the update for years so that Minecraft can take advantage of the performance and capabilities of the new hardware. Now it seems that that day is near.
German rating organization USK earlier this month Minecraft review for Xbox Series X/S. This suggests that the cube phenomenon may soon get a native version. It still works on Xbox Series X/S consoles due to backwards compatibility. Unfortunately, PlayStation 5 does not recognize the USK version.
The next generation version of Minecraft boasts ray tracing. Mojang Studio included a prototype in the code at the beginning of last year. According to the creators, it was a mistake. The native version will also be better off using the faster SSD to load games and create the world.
The announcement and, possibly, the release can happen as early as Tuesday, August 22, in the evening at Gamescom Premiere Live.
