Skull and Bones is one of those games that doesn’t go exactly as planned. The game has had several delays and the overall credibility of the game is not very high. To show the world that they believe in their work, Ubisoft will launch a closed beta test in a few days, during which they will go to test a pirated multiplayer action game. At the very least, from what the creators have in mind, it looks like we’ll be having a good dose of fun from August 25th to 28th, navigating an ocean full of pirates.
The Skull and Bones closed beta will only be available on PC. Details on this can be found in the dev diary. The exact release date of the final version is not yet known. However, the game is due out sometime in 2024 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
