Former employee Rockstar gameswho worked in the famous studio from 2005 to 2018, participated in many successful games and shared interesting information.
John Young mentions on LinkedIn that while serving as lead video editor for Rockstar’s research department, he was involved in Grand Theft Auto VI. Most likely, it was in the early stages of development. According to Young, it started already in 2015, which is just two years after the successful GTA V, which sold more than 185 million units. This means that by the time of release, which is tentatively 03/31/2025, the new GTA will have been in development for almost 10 years.
Young also mentions an unannounced bully sequel, more precisely the second and third parts. The year of both is 2008. Most likely, two years after the release of the first part of this unusual adventure thriller from the boarding school, the work went around two and three. But we have not seen them yet and, most likely, both titles have been cancelled. It’s entirely possible that Bully 2 was at a more advanced stage and Bully 3 was just a dream. According to some unconfirmed reports, there were at least six hours of game content before the cancellation of Bully 2.
