In Hradec Kralove complex Park 360, known primarily as the site of the traditional Rock for the People festival, is creating a new hectare nature park. Thanks to the cooperation of Park 360 with the Czech representative office of the PlayStation brand, the park will bear his name in combination with the recently released title of the game. The park is part of the concept of gradual landscaping of the entire territory and will be freely available to visitors for events taking place on the territory. PlayStation Park Horizon becomes the basis of the recreational and leisure zone, which is defined by the new city zoning plan and which will have regional significance even with the intersection with tourism.
The entire Park 360 complex with an area of more than 40 hectares is undergoing a gradual revitalization with the aim of the most responsible approach to the environment, which should lead to a zero carbon footprint on the territory by 2030. A number of green and environmental measures are already underway, including in connection with the Rock for People festivals, the new Soda Pop festival, and the popular Kefír family event.
The Czech representative office of the PlayStation brand has decided to support the implementation of a regional project, the main part of which is planting new greenery. The ongoing revitalization will help create a more favorable microclimate in the area, preserve moisture in the landscape and prevent soil and wind erosion. The park was created on a grassy area.
