Less than two weeks ago, Czech studio Bohemia Interactive made many WWII fans happy with the announcement of Project Spearhead 1944, a new Creator DLC for Armu 3. Through it, the independent creative group Heavy Ordnance Works intends to send us to the north-west of France, namely to the then little-known operation “Cobra”, which took place 7 weeks after the famous landing in Normandy.
The announcement of a new paid expansion from third-party modders and World War II enthusiasts was accompanied by a number of details. Thanks to them, we learned that we can look forward to Normandy area of 150 km²cooperative campaign for up to 24 players, consisting of seven missions, or 6 multiplayer scenarios, ie. variations of some of the official game modes. In addition, we have 2 example scenarios for single player, a single and co-op mission dedicated to the French resistance fighters, 5 playable factions with civilians, over 50 weapons, explosives and grenades, over 40 vehicles and static weapons or hundreds of pieces of gear and equipment.
