adventure game Star Wars Outlaws from Ubisoft and the creators of the The Division, World in Conflict and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora series from Massive Entertainment is currently the closest we have to releasing all upcoming AAA games from a galaxy far, far away. We can expect quite a few new details in the coming months. For example this week at Comi-Con in San Diego there will be a special lecture with the creators and representatives of the main characters and recently there was a new issue of Edge magazine, which had a lot of interesting information.
We already know that the reputation system will play a big role in Star Wars Outlaws, which can give you access to other unavailable quests, locations, or trade offers. And if you really screw up with a faction, they might send someone after you. However, Edge magazine reported that a bad reputation can also lead to certain monetary penalties. Given how much Ubisoft loves microtransactions, we’re hoping that they’ll just be cleaning out protagonist Kay Vess’s virtual wallet and that the creators of Star Wars Outlaws won’t luxuriate in real accounts for naughty players. But you never know with Ubisoft.
