According to well-known insider Tom Henderson, it is currently being developed by Ubisoft. 11 different Assassin’s Creed games. In the list of titles attached below, Henderon also included the Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag remake that has been rumored in recent days.
Henderson mentioned the following games in his article:
- Assassin’s Creed Mirage – Release October 12
- Assassin’s Creed Nexus (VR) – Coming later this year
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade (Mobile) – Coming This Year
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Red (Main Single Player Set in Japan) – Possibly Coming Next Year
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe (Multiplayer in preparation) – Release 2025/2026
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Invictus (Multiplayer in preparation) – Release 2025/2026
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Nebula (single player concept/prototype)
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Raid (concept/prototype multiplayer)
- Assassin’s Creed Codename Echoes (concept/prototype multiplayer)
- Assassin’s Creed Nexus 2 VR (only in internal discussions so far)
- Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake (Game development should have been recently approved)
Of the yet unannounced games, it is especially worth paying attention to Project Nebula from Ubisoft Sofia, which is supposed to be single player focused and offer three different environments. Henderson further emphasizes Project Reid, which is being developed at Ubisoft Chengdu. It is supposed to be a free-to-play, cooperative game for up to 4 players. Last as yet unknown title Project echo by Ubisoft Annecy. In this case, it is supposed to be a pure multiplayer game that will use Ubisoft’s Scalar cloud technology.
