Subnautica inspired Forever Skies released

Forever Skies, an exploratory survival game set in the post-apocalyptic world of a heavily infested planet Earth, has offered us a demo in the past. We wrote frankly enthusiastic impressions about it, partly because the game is very strikingly reminiscent of the classic Subnautica (which we called the game of the decade for a change). The game is now in early access (Early Access), which also reminds the development of Subnautica, which was then formed by its creators in response to fan feedback.

The current version of the game offers about fifteen hours of gameplay, unless you decide to find all the items (which will significantly increase the game time) or if you decide to build the best ship/base possible, which can also significantly increase the game time. time. In the current form of the game, you will return to the planet Earth, contaminated in the future by several layers of dust and poisonous sediments, on which completely new ecosystems have grown across several separate biomes, full of monsters and deadly viruses. Your goal will be to build your own vessel and descend as deep as possible to the surface of the planet, hoping to find forgotten technologies and unique medicines. Although the game currently has a great atmosphere and interesting gameplay, the story itself is being added by the creators gradually, so it is not yet complete.

The game is available in Early Access on Steam for 685 crowns. Console versions are also planned.
