Some leading representatives of the Remedy studio are gradually revealing various materials and information related to the expected second part of the Alan Wake brand. For example, last week at the Summer Game Fest event, we were presented with gameplay footage. It followed those some details about the plot and gameplaywhich we have summarized for you in a separate article. In an interview with WCCFTech magazine, studio head marketing Thomas Puha added another piece to the imaginary puzzle of important information.
When asked about the game time, he said that the developers expect duration to exceed 20 hours. However, Puha noted that some of the content is not yet ready, so it is difficult to estimate the exact time yet. However, according to him, he is confident that the playing time will be about twenty hours. Players spent an average of thirteen hours playing the first part, according to HowLongToBeat. So far, Remedy’s latest game in the form of the Control event has had a playtime of around seventeen hours. Compared to recent titles from the Finnish studio, Alan Wake 2 should offer an above average experience in terms of play time.
