At yesterday’s Ubisoft Forward conference, we saw the release of a new trailer and premiere gameplay footage from the event. Avatar: Pandora’s Limits from Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment. After that, the exact release date was announced and pre-orders started.

It was the launch of pre-orders that revealed the list of supported languages, among which surprisingly you can also find czech subtitles. For AAA games from Ubisoft, we have been used to official Czech localizations for quite some time now. However, the change came in 2020 when the French publisher ended with the financial support of the Czechswhich some players still have not forgiven the company.

Of course it’s hard to answer at the moment the presence of the Czech language in Avatar portends possible support for the Czech Republic in other Ubisoft games. In the case of games such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage or The Crew Motorfest, on the contrary, the official Czech language will definitely not be offered in them. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora launches December 7th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
