This time around, the creators of Dune: Awakening have unveiled a video that focuses on some of the gameplay aspects of their work where your life will still be at stake. There must be a bunch of elements that can kill you. You will have to hide from sandstorms, heat, as well as enemies. You will face them in close combat, skirmishes or fights involving infantry, vehicles and aircraft.
The creators themselves argue that conflicts should be the deciding factor. Coordination with other players must come first for the player. Only those who have the ability to cooperate with others will survive. It doesn’t always have to end in a fight. Dune: Awakening must also be infiltrated. It will also be possible to face the fact that the enemies will not attack you directly, but will try to steal your technology on the sly.
Dune: Awakening is out on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
