Resident Evil: Death Island is coming to the West on Blu-ray and digital only

While the Japanese trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil: Death Island was released back in April, Western audiences have had to wait significantly longer, but it’s finally here. At the same time, the news comes that in the West the film will not be shown in cinemas at all (yes, in Japan it will premiere on July 7). It will be available on DVD and Blu-ray, while it will also go to digital distribution, but where exactly it will appear has not yet been specified. Western release date set for July 25.

Let me remind you that the action of the film for the most part takes place on Alcatraz Island and should be a continuation of the film “Resident Evil: Vendetta” in 2017. In it we will see all the main characters from the first part. part of the game series, namely BSAA agent Chris Redfield, his sister Claire Redfield, government agent Leon S.
