He managed to defeat all competing projects at one moment and even representatives of his own series in terms of the number of players. Mortal Kombat 11, Tekken 7 or Street Fighter 5 have remained in its shadow.
And what value did this work achieve? In total, according to SteamDB, it reached 70,000 players, which is not such a hit parade compared to representatives of other genres, but in the context of fighting games, this is a big success. Mortal Kombat 11 drew just over 35,000 people at the same time, while Tekken 7 didn’t even get 19,000 people. Street Fighter 6 can only be congratulated on its success, let’s hope that in the future the game will be able to break even more records and thus surpass its own shadow.
