Sony unveiled a new portable computer at the PlayStation Showcase event last week, currently called Project Q. it will be designed for streaming games from the console through the Remote Play service. Thus, a new portable computer will require a permanent Internet connection to play.

Well-known insider Tom Henderson, who previously reported on Project Q, recently revealed in an article for Insider Gaming magazine that the device could shock gamers with surprisingly low battery life. According to him, the PDA can be charged once. lasts about 3-4 hours.

But in the end, an important factor in making a purchase decision, of course, will be the price, which Sony has not yet disclosed. PlayStation boss Jim Ryan revealed at the PlayStation Showcase that the device should be released later this year. Citing his own sources, Henderson says he expects release in mid-November.
