In Stockholm under the direction of Lars Gustavsson new studio opened TTK Games. It means “A Time to Kill” and is made up of Battlefield veterans.
Gustavsson, nicknamed Mister. Battlefield (Mr. Battlefield) and worked for DICE for 22 years. He left the company last September after a massive restructuring and management change. At TTK Games, Gustavsson is the CEO and Creative Director. He will be joined by other famous names from the rich history of Battlefield.

Namely senior design director Daniel Berlinwho served as lead world designer and led the design team for Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield 5. Most recently, he participated in the ill-fated Battlefield 2042.
He is the technical director Vidar Nigren, which has a rich history from the original Bad Company to Battlefield 5. As CTO, he co-created the Frostbite engine. Art director also mentioned Peter Hoyles. He helped define the look of several battlefields.
The press release states that TTK Games has received significant funding and retains creative freedom. Now they are hiring employees for various positions to create a new generation shooter. Unfortunately, we no longer know who is funding TTK Games.
