In an interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu, Jim Ryan, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, briefly talked about the many years of distribution of PlayStation exclusives on PC.
Ryan said that the management of the company continues fully understands the importance of exclusive titles for the PlayStation 5, which, according to the longtime head of the PlayStation, should continue to grow. However, Sony also plans to actively publish select games on PC in the future. Ryan believes two to three years between PlayStation and PC releases is both feasible and sustainable going forward.
So it’s obvious that PC gamers they can look forward to more exclusives from PlayStation Studios. However, individual ports should not be released until two years after release on Sony consoles.
