Overwatch 2 Campaign coming with Season 6

Overwatch 2 Season 4 is still four weeks away, but we already know what’s in store for us in the near future. Despite all the interesting, there is one big disappointment. First of all, we can look forward to the entire fifth season of the game. First of all, it will be a part of it. Questwatch. Limited time event. We are also waiting for the event Mischief and Magic. Unfortunately, there are no details about either, but I myself guess that the latter could be a popular profant.

Season 5 also sees the return of the Summer Games event to celebrate the summer, and will again be in high demand by players. Status “On”which is technically still in the game but hidden. Personally, I think the new animated film is the most important. And of course, the fact that the preview shows a dog is to blame.

Likewise, a certain and unrepresented curiosity named “Workshop mode for authors“.

But now the disappointment. And that’s because of the long-awaited campaign. It seems that we will never see its original form. We just need to get by story missions. Previously introduced hero missions with the ability to upgrade your characters and unlock new abilities for them with huge replay value… It just passed.

The reason is that due to the high quality that the developers wanted to provide, the release would actually be completely invisible. Instead, they wanted to focus on the “live” version of the game and ensure that new content is released regularly and consistently. The thing that drew people to Overwatch 2 so much has really disappeared.

In addition to the “campaign”, we can also expect equally important content for the rest of the game. First a new hero will appear – back in support role. This will probably be the biggest news brand new, permanent game mode. Apart from Control, Follow and Push, we will find something fourth called Flash point. It is also worth noting “Hero Mastery“. Purely single-player “trials” focused on individual heroes that will require you to be accurate or have good ability control with the table option. We will also see a profile leveling system, an improved shooting range, a celebration of the game itself (due to the anniversary) and others not yet announced things.

Last but not least, we have received some information about the next seasons. We know that in the future we can expect i new tank, new crossover event, new control cardwinter Event, New Challenges for Hero Mastery, redesign of Roadhog and Sombrareturn of “favorite mode”, new animated filmcompetitive Mystery Heroes and knowledge code.

I don’t know about you, but personally, I’m disappointed that the very thing that I was most looking forward to was eliminated. And judging by the reaction of people on the Internet, I’m not the only one. I can/we can only hope that Blizzard changes its mind at some point in the future.
