At the next Next@Acer conference, new gaming machines with RTX 40 series video cards were presented. For demanding gamers, there is Predator Orion X, and with it Acer introduced 2 pumped up gaming monitors, one of which boasts a refresh rate of up to 175 Hz and an OLED panel . Of course, there are also new laptops.
The Predator line of gaming laptops has received several updates. The laptops will be equipped with 13th generation Intel processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards. With this improvement, high-tech technologies will open up, which will make the experience more enjoyable than just gaming.
The premium gaming laptops Predator Triton 17 X and Predator Helios Neo 16 are the first choice for demanding gamers or digital content creators. They will be complemented by the Predator Triton 14, which, thanks to its elegant and slim design, can also be used on the road. SpatialLabs’ latest game Predator Helios 3D 15 delivers glasses-free stereoscopic 3D and offers a fresh new look for over 70 games.
The Predator Triton 17 X combines a minimalistic design with high-end hardware. The laptop can handle not only demanding games, but also content creator programs that require high performance. The Triton 17 X offers long battery life that should last all day and a thin design that’s less than 2.5 centimeters thick.
Its top configuration will feature an Intel Core i9-13900HX processor, up to 64GB DDR5 memory, and an RTX 4090 graphics card that can run the new DLSS 3.0. Acer equipped this model with a 17-inch Mini-LED (AmLED) display with a frequency of up to 250 Hz. The laptop also offers advanced cooling, RGB keyboard lighting, or the ability to charge up to 100W via USB-C. The laptop will be available in the European market in June at a price of 4499 euros.
The Predator Helios Neo 16 is more affordable. In the maximum configuration, it offers a powerful Intel Core HX 13 processor, an RTX 4070 graphics card, 32 GB of RAM and an SSD drive up to 2 TB.
The laptop uses AeroBlade™ technology for cooling, which boosts the performance of the laptop to the absolute maximum. An impressive 2560x1600px display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time is impressive on this model.
If you’re thinking about buying it, the Predator Helios Neo 16 will go on sale in May and start at €2,199 on the European market.
Slim, elegant and powerful at the same time, the Predator Triton 14 laptop is suitable for both gaming and work. It is equipped with a 13th generation Intel Core i7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or 4050 graphics card.
The 2560×1600 pixel mini-LED display boasts a refresh rate of up to 250Hz. You can also count on 32 GB of RAM with a frequency of up to 6000 MHz. Its huge advantage is its amazing thinness, which ranges from 18.9 to 19.9 mm.
The Predator Triton 14 work and play companion will be available in the European market in May for €1,499.
The Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs™ Edition continues the ever-expanding series of glasses-free 3D laptops. The new model will be equipped with a 13th generation Intel Core i9 processor and RTX 4090 graphics card. The laptop uses eye tracking, a stereoscopic 3D display and real-time scene rendering technology. Thanks to these technologies, 3D objects, scenes and characters come to life without the need to wear special glasses.
The Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs™ Edition will be available in June starting at €3,999.
For those who still prefer desktop computing, Acer has unveiled the Predator Orion X. It will be centered on a 13th Gen Intel i9 processor and RTX 4090 graphics card, complemented by up to 32GB of DDR5 memory and two M.2 SSDs. (each up to 1 TB). To accommodate the graphics card in the computer, this pre-assembled assembly will have a specially designed liquid cooling. The appearance of the computer will be minimalistic, but it will definitely impress you. The Predator Orion X will be available in September for €2,499.
The Nitro XZ452CU V is a 44.5″ monitor with a 1500R curvature. With an ultra-panoramic 32:9 aspect ratio (5120×1440 pixels), multitasking is a breeze with this monitor. It features a fast 165Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro technology that eliminates screen tearing. It also has a USB-C port and an RJ45 network port.
The second monitor announced, the Predator X34, features a UWQHD OLED monitor with 1800R curvature and a 21:9 aspect ratio. The Nitro X2452CU will be available in the fourth quarter of 2023 for an MSRP of €1,099, while the Predator X34 will be available for €1,299.
