Part of the community suspects the creators of Hogwarts Legacy of cutting content

Hogwarts Legacy is a game that really had a lot to offer. However, the broomstick could already be actively flown, which made many players wonder that the popular sport of the wizarding world lacked matches. Quidditch was really lacking, so most people expected it to show up someday as part of the DLC. In the end, it looks like we’ll get a full game in the form of Quidditch Champions instead of an expansion that some users don’t like. Some take the announcement of a new project frankly negatively, because, as reddit user Kaizer284 writes, this should be content that was originally supposed to be in Hogwarts Legacy, but eventually became more interesting for Warner Bros. release separately.

And he is certainly not alone with this idea. Among the panelists also appeared former developer Troy Leavitt, who happened to work on a very successful action role-playing game. However, his reaction did not help the whole situation much, because he came up with the idea that two years ago, when he left the project, there was no concept of implementing Quidditch Champions, and its implementation happened precisely because Quidditch was simply absent from the work that they developed. However, he himself indicated that he did not blame anyone and that this was primarily speculation on his part. However, the theories are certainly interesting, as the announcement of Quidditch’s name shortly after the release of Hogwarts Legacy and the upcoming play tests came as quite a surprise.
