Electronic Arts has released the first full-length trailer for the upcoming Immortals of Aveum event. The game is being developed at the newly formed studio Ascendant, whose members have previously participated in such series as Call of Duty or Dead Space. USA Development Team Leader Bret Robbins performswho as creative director participated in the development of the first Dead Space and three parts of the Call of Duty brand (Modern Warfare 3, Advanced Warfare and WW2).
Immortals of Aveum will offer single player first person The action takes place in a fantasy world with elements of science fiction. In terms of the combat system, the game is based around the protagonist’s magic and special attacks, which can be reminiscent of Tango Gameworks’ Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Developers are even more tempting 25 hour story campaign, fast-paced DOOM-style combat, and a total of 25 spells that replace classic ranged weapons. There will also be logic transitions, environmental exploration, and elements from the Metroidvania genre.
