adventure game Ghostwire: Tokyo set in supernatural Tokyo, released today on Xbox Series X/S consoles. Game available at the same time in a Game Pass subscription and appeared on all platforms, including PlayStation 5 and PC. a free update called Spider’s Thread with new content.
Spider’s Thread adds an arena-style game mode of the same name to Ghostwire: Tokyo. Players will be challenged by fire with 30 stages chosen from over 120 handcrafted levels with one simple goal: reach the end. As you complete missions and milestones, you’ll unlock additional abilities and in-game currency that can be spent on upgrades.
As you explore supernatural Tokyo, you’ll discover new areas led by a local high school and two new Fear the Children and Spirits of the Modern Age missions with additional puzzles. The main story campaign has also been enriched and supplemented new enemies, skills and side quests. You can read more about the new content in our previous article.

YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits has already managed to compare individual versions of Ghostwire: Tokyo. The test shows that the Xbox Series version is suffering same performance issues, which appeared a year ago on the PlayStation 5. The frame rate fluctuates in both graphics and performance modes. In the latter, from 60 frames to 30 frames.
Xbox players are also complaining about high control latency and they hope that the developers will release an update with a fix soon.
On PS5, quality mode assumes better ray tracing; displays reflections in higher resolution. Check out the comparison:
