Nintendo always has lawyers on hand who are determined to punish any infringement of intellectual property rights and any leak of information. The last case is an artbook image leak. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The images and information from the artbook were supposed to have been posted by a single Discord user on a server called Tears of the Kingdom Official Discord Server. Because of this, Nintendo is trying to take Discord to court to force the platform to reveal the identity of this user.
The subpoena was filed 4/4 of this year in the California District Court. According to him, Discord must disclose the identity, including the name(s), address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es) of Julien No. 2743, who is responsible for posting infringing content.

It is currently unclear if Julien actually uploaded the artbook to the Internet. The person who shared the artbook on Reddit claimed to have received it from a friend.
This is not the first time that Nintendo has sent its lawyers to Internet users. The most famous recent case is the Pokemon Sword and Shield leak in 2019, when a strategy guide for the game was shared on 4chan and Discord. The dispute was settled two years later for $150,000. 3.2 million crowns is not exactly a small amount for an ordinary person.
Nintendo tries to prevent information leakage, including storing artbooks and other similar game-related material in secure tarp areas where personal recording devices are not allowed. Even this sometimes does not prevent some from spreading information.
