Following the comparison video from the ElAnalistaDeBits channel, today comes a detailed technical breakdown from Digital Foundry that points out specific issues with the PC version. In the hour-long video, the editors dwell on problems with loading and displaying textures, dropped frames, long loading or excessive CPU usage, as well as video memory requirements for the video card.

If players with really powerful settings do not have such problems, then owners of less powerful PCs already have to face certain difficulties. In short, from the video attached above, you can see that the PC version has significant gaps compared to the technically almost seamless PS5 version, which Naughty Dog is currently trying to fix in collaboration with the Iron Galaxy studio.
