Czech game Xzone and JRC Stores presented an overview of the best-selling games over the past month. In this case, it’s March, which was mostly marked by Capcom’s survival horror Resident Evil 4 Remake.

The aforementioned Resident Evil 4 Remake took the top spot in Xzone, followed by Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and the Nintendo-exclusive Metroid Prime Remastered. Other locations include games like Hogwarts Legacy, Atomic Heart, The Last of Us Part I, or Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon.
“Resident Evil series is probably the most popular gaming horror series in the Czech Republic, and even the four is not a Spanish village for players. An excellent remake of an 18-year-old classic took first place despite the fact that the boxed version of the game for PC was traditionally absent today. Challenging RPG Wo Long secondly, it confirms once again that Xzone customers are experienced gamers who enjoy a challenge. Third place Metroid Prime Remastered however, it’s a very pleasant surprise, after all, Switch exclusives don’t often make it into the top three.” adds Xzone co-owner Martin Szovanek.
No wonder it tops the list of best selling consoles in Xzone. both versions of the PlayStation 5 console, which this time was joined on the imaginary podium by the older PlayStation 4 Slim. Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X only follow after that.
Xzone boasted too rating of the best selling merch, which well illustrates the increased interest in products from the universe of The Last of Us. The first two positions are occupied by figures of Joel and Abby, followed by the new comic Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Latest rating published by Xzone se dedicates to books. In this category, buyers were most interested in the publication Level – About games and people. Jason Schreier’s book Press Reset and the art book The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance also received decent attention.

Therefore, we are very grateful to the Guest from Brno for the fact that, after Blood, Sweat and Pixels, he began another reading of the game, which will bring this topic to non-gamers as well. Also in JRC, Resident Evil 4 Remake took first place in the game ranking. Other locations include the ever-popular Hogwarts Legacy and long-running games like FIFA 23, NHL 23, Grand Theft Auto V, The Last of Us, or Minecraft.

“The remake of the famous Resident Evil 4 became a hit not only in the opinion of reviewers, but also in the opinion of Czech players. This is confirmed by the JRC and Smarty.cz Game Sales Rankings for March, which ranked this game “new” in first place. In second place is Hogwarts Legacy, which led the rankings in February.
