She arrived last night first update of the PC version The Last of Us Part 1. According to Naughty Dog, it should mainly focus on stability and performance fixes, as well as minor improvements. Additional shader calculation diagnostics have also been added, which should help identify additional bugs.

Unfortunately, some players claim that after installing the patch, the situation worsened. They continue to suffer from very long shader loads, crashes, freezes, poor performance and a host of other issues. Against some report faster shader loading and other improvements. For others, the game seems the same, or a little more.
Hopefully Naughty Dog, Iron Galaxy and Sony will fix things soon. In the meantime, we can have a good laugh at the bugs and issues players have experienced with The Last of Us Part 1 PC version. Here are some of them:
Problems that Naughty Dog knows about:
- Shaders take longer to load than expected
- Loading shaders in the background reduces performance and stability
- Old graphics drivers cause instability and/or graphics issues
- The game may not start even if the PC meets the minimum system requirements.
- Possible memory leak
Also popular is the video where the characters take a bath during the cut-scene. Out of nowhere, models Ellie, Joel, Marlene and Tess are wet and dripping water.
And what about Sarah, who doesn’t want Joel to save her…
For some, The Last of Us Part 1 turns into cyberpunk. Perhaps this is where developers should draw inspiration for their next video game adventure.
The Last of Us Part 1 has exactly 8,984 player reviews on Steam, of which only 36% are positive.
