At the same time, representatives of the studio published a rather voluminous statement on their official website, which describes the individual features and specifics of the PC version of the game. At the very end, they briefly invite you on their next adventure, which should keep both PlayStation and PC players interested. Specifically, it is mentioned that the studio is planning to port its future stories to both PlayStation 5 and PC. develop on both of these platforms.
Despite this promising announcement for PC gamers, it cannot be expected that from now on all upcoming Naughty Dog games will be released simultaneously on PlayStation and PC. However, it is possible that the mention of the future project refers to the upcoming multiplayer games from the world of The Last of Us.
Some time ago in connection with this name talked about a possible PC versionwhich could be released at the same time as, or at least shortly after, the PlayStation 5 version. Given the presumed free-to-play model, such a move would probably make even more sense than for purely single-player games.
Also considered PC version of The Last of Us Part II, which could theoretically be accompanied by an improved version for the PlayStation 5. After all, developers have already indicated in the past that the second The Last of Us could receive a larger update for current platforms. However, we will have to wait a while before the official unveiling of Naughty Dog’s plans.
