Lord of the Rings: Gollum releases surprisingly this year 25/5 on PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC. A Nintendo Switch version is planned for later this year.
Daedalic Entertainment surprised with this statement. We expected an action-packed stealth adventure with the adventures of the former ring owner, which was announced in March 2019, not later.
As Gollum, you’ll be sneaking into Middle-earth and deciding whether to side with the character’s dark side – Gollum – or his more gentle half, known as Sméagol. The creators draw inspiration directly from the Lord of the Rings trilogy by J. R. R. Tolkien.not from adaptations of books by Peter Jackson.
The story doesn’t sound bad. Worse with the quality of graphics and animation. Also, it looks like The Lord of the Rings: Gollum won’t be good in terms of gameplay either. Expect a higher average so you don’t get disappointed later.
