Diablo IV Has a Beta, Not a Demo, Rod Fergusson Explains Technical Difficulties

Closed beta testing has been running in the last few days Diablo IV for players who have pre-ordered the game. Although it received mostly positive reviews (you can read our extensive impressions), she also did not escape criticism. Complaints ranged from server connection speeds to PC optimizations and in-game graphical flaws. The brand’s general manager now explains the status of the new Diablo Rod Ferguson.

“The word ‘beta’ is being used somewhat incorrectly these days. People are starting to call beta what is really a marketing beta, but really just another demo term. This is not our case. Our beta is a true test of technology, especially when it comes to servers. We had a slight advantage on Friday,” he tells NME magazine.

“Over the weekend, we released six patches, fixed dozens of issues, and this work will pay off next weekend, and then at the time of release,” he continues, “sometimes this can be a little frustrating for players, but they should understand that they help us make a real edition much better”.

Open beta testing will last from March 24 to March 26.. The final game is scheduled for June 6 when they arrive at PC and both generations of consoles Game console And Xbox. Due to Microsoft’s delayed purchase of Activision Blizzard, Diablo IV won’t make it to Game Pass on release day as originally intended.
