More precisely, at the initial stages of the campaign, which you can go through for them. The starting position of most representatives of this race will be at least according to the history of the world of Warhammer Fantasy in the Dark Lands, where their main enemies will be greenskins. According to what the creators imagine, they will need to be fought with stable battles, which will ultimately lead to the confirmation of the dominance of the Chaos Dwarves, or, conversely, to their complete fall. I must say that it is this species that is behind the creation of the Black Orc breed, so they definitely do not have the best experience with goblins and goblins.
However, their armies in Total War: Warhammer 3 will mostly consist of hobgoblins and goblins. All of them, of course, in the role of military slaves, which you send to the front line without much thought. The city format will be interesting for this race. Once occupied, you have the option to build factory complexes, mines, or traditional metropolitan areas. While cities have to fulfill their traditional role, raw materials will be created in factories, which will require the aforementioned mines to generate them. Thus, for proper functioning, it is necessary to effectively combine all forms of settlements.
Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs will be coming to Total War: Warhammer 3 on April 13th. Together with him, the vampire Ulrika Magdova also comes into the game, which should be a free addition to the characters. It should be available to both the Empire and Kislev.
