When the project finally came to fruition, Hissrich auditioned for the role of Geralt of Rivia, which was attended by 206 actors. But in the end, Lauren realized that Cavill was the perfect candidate for the role. I had three swords at home, four at work. It was practice, practice, practice.“
However, before the fourth season of The Witcher, Henry Cavill leaves the series and is replaced by Liam Hemsworth. The reason for the departure of the famous actor causes a lot of speculation. According to some reports, he leaves of his own accord due to the fact that the series began to move away from the book model, which probably will not be a statement divorced from reality.
