According to information from Eurogamer.net and Wccftech servers reorganization does not affect developer studiosbut only subsidiaries in Europe dealing with distribution and marketing.

According to unverified information, Ubisoft Benelux will close on April 1, 2023. In the meantime, the publisher of Assassin’s Creed is looking for new partners who will take over the distribution of games in certain regions of Europe. They are not exactly specified, but earlier there were reports about the possibility of closing the Polish offices of Ubisoft.

Ubisoft has not commented on these speculations. This only confirmed the strategic reorganization of its European publishing divisions.
