The creators of Diablo 4 show the format of fortresses

The release of statements about HW Diablo 4 was not the only thing that has been revealed about the game in the last few days. The fortresses were also shown during an interview with GameSpot magazine. These locations, often walled in, are meant to be the perfect places for adventurers to kill loads of time, as they are story-driven locations that can be played solo or in a group.

However, this will always be an exclusive experience for your group, so no one will be able to join you on this journey. Some fortresses are assumed to be the remains of cities, others ancient castles or artificial fortifications, as you can see, for example, in the attached video, where the barbarian runs around the location generated by the ships.

In addition to a bunch of normal enemies, bosses will also be waiting for you in these locations, the strength of which will far exceed yours in Diablo 4, so you will be forced to use all your abilities against them.
