You turn on the app before bed and then check it when you wake up. The sleep tracker evaluates how much sleep you managed to sleep that night, and then categorizes you into one of three categories. You can nap, nap, or just sleep soundly. A Pokémon that sleeps like you will be placed by the game next to a sleeping Snorlax. The more efficiently you sleep, the more people will be around him.
