When this ambitious MMORPG was released in 2021, it became the talk of the town and gradually everyone wanted to play it. But after a while they stopped talking about him. Now New world Amazon Games is announcing the transition to a seasonal model with a traditional free and paid battle pass that will offer a variety of cosmetic content.
The seasonal model will be launched on March 28 this year. According to the developers will allow more frequent updates with new content, features, gaming experience and other news. Every season will last three months.
The Battle Pass will work similarly to other games like Fortnite, Call of Duty: Warzone, or Apex Legends. Players will level up and earn rewards by completing certain tasks in the game. They will also be available for players who don’t want to pay. But the paid battle pass will bring more rewards for reaching the level.
The Premium Battle Pass will sell for 20,000 in-game currency. 23,000 of this currency will be sold in the shop for 20 USD/EUR (about 475 CZK).
The first season is called Brotherhood and firewill be released on 03/28/2023 and will bring new story content, a new expedition, a skill and the ability to create and switch equipment sets after the hero reaches level 25.
The new story will focus on the Silver Crows, an elite group of mercenaries tasked with helping Skye take on a powerful wizard and the Varangian horde. The expedition, meanwhile, is called Empyrean Forge and is a new level 60+ mission set in the Great Cleave.
