“Welcome to Praslav is a cold Central European city that gets even colder as winter approaches. Praslav is recovering from decades under the communist regime and a period of political instability following the end of the Cold War. Although the majority of the population looked forward to the arrival of capitalism and democracy, there were those who could not adapt to the new socio-economic climate. Before they realized it, they found themselves on the street without a roof over their heads. You are one of these people,” we read in the official description of the game.
Like a homeless person you have to pay attention to your needs and other variables that interact realistically – staying dry, warm and full will not be your only concern. Poor hygiene and dirty clothes cause bad odors, low temperatures increase the risk of disease, and every bit of food eaten has to come out at some point.
“How far will you go to survive? Search the pockets of passers-by, break into buildings and contact various criminal elements. When you need it, take what you need by force. However, you are not an action hero. Think carefully about your actions, as the consequences are often severe and the benefits rarely outweigh the risks.”
Besides Winter is coming. The last days of autumn are left. You must use them wisely, conserving the supplies, equipment, and materials you they will help you get through the toughest time of the year. The weather is difficult to predict, but one thing is for sure – every day is colder than the previous one. If you’re lucky, you might even see spring. But remember that luck favors the prepared.
