Ukraine wants to block Atomic Heart

Ukrainian authorities are trying to block a first-person shooter released yesterday atomic heart from studies Mundfish games. The Ministry of Digital Development of Ukraine intends to officially ask Valve, Sony and Microsoft to stop selling the digital version of the game on the territory of Ukraine.

Bornyakov points out that Mundfish Games did not harshly condemn the Russian invasion, which should be indicative of a pro-Russian bias and a reason why Western players should ignore Atomic Heart. In addition, the privacy policy allows the studio to transfer data to the Russian authorities.

“We also want to draw the attention of the Western audience to the fact that the developers of the game did not make a public statement condemning the Putin regime and the bloody war that Russia waged against Ukraine,” Bornyakov concluded.

Famous composer Mick Gordonwho created the soundtrack for “Atomic Heart”, decided to donate all proceeds from this work to the Red Cross to help Ukraine.

Less than a year ago, Ukraine called on video game companies to end their support in Russia.
